Do I need any off-road experience?
No – anyone is welcome. Land Rover Experience Instructors will be available to provide advice and guidance, and there will be plenty of time to familiarise yourself with the vehicle and the terrain.
Which vehicles will be used?
The 2010 Expedition will use the Discovery 4.
How many people will be in each car?
The standard procedure is two people per car.
Can I bring children?
What will the weather like in Morocco?
The weather will be quite hot but comfortable, expect temperatures between 14 and 33 degrees Celsius. For more information, please click here
What is included in the price?
Flights, transfers from the airport in Morocco, and all hotels, food and activities.
Which airport can I fly to Morocco from?
The cost of a return flight from London to Morocco is included in the price however, you can fly directly from your chosen airport for a supplementary fee. For costs please enquire at the time of booking.
Is travel insurance included in the price?
No – travel insurance is not included in the price. This will need to be purchased by each individual before they take part in the Expedition.
How many cars are involved in each trip?
A maximum of 6 cars plus a support vehicle will be used on each expedition.
Can I have a vehicle to myself?
For Health and Safety purposes and due to the long driving hours on a number of days it is necessary to seat two guests per vehicle.
What kind of driving licence documentation do I need?
An international driving permit is not a legal requirement to drive in Morocco, but recommended. These are available from a variety of different sources, but in the UK you can apply for one here at the AA website: http://www.theaa.com/getaway/idp/
How do I book my place on the trip?
Land Rover Expeditions are run in conjunction with Land Rover’s travel partner – The Ultimate Travel Company who will look after all your travel requirements. The Ultimate Travel Company are ATOL and ABTA registered.

How old do you have to be to go on this expedition?
Drivers should be aged 21 or over and have held a full driving licence for at least two years
Can I participate with my own LR4 Diesel?
Thanks for your question – currently there is no option for guests to drive their own vehicles but we will investigate this idea for the 2011 programme.
